If you are driving up from New York, you may want to stop at the Market 32 in Albany, where they have a large kosher section including a deli, bakery, sushi, pizza and many kosher products.
The Saratoga Chabad sets up a summer minyan in Lake George. The minyan takes place during the week in a large tent. You must register for the minyan in advance. There is no set minyan for Shabbat in Lake George. There is a Shabbat minyan in Saratoga. The Chabad can arrange a Shabbat minyan in Lake George for large groups.
